If you wish to request a return or exchange please email hello@bloomaustralia.com and include details of your order and request and we will endeavour to respond within 5-7 business days.

We warrant that we will provide the Products in accordance with the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) which apply to the Products.
Nothing in the Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
Please note if you are purchasing from our sample sale or ODE preloved collections, your gown may have marks and imperfections not displayed in imagery. By accepting and purchasing your gown you acknowledge that your gown will likely have small faults and signs of wear. We do our best to capture these within our imagery.
