Job description: We are seeking a fabulous, fashion-forward and dedicated bridal stylist to join our team. The stylist role is crucial in creating a warm, comfortable and knowledgeable experience with a touch of fun for our brides and their friends and family.
A Bloom bridal stylist is friendly, warm and confident with an appreciation for designer bridal fashion who is beyond excited to share that with our brides. We're looking for someone proactive with a high-end customer service background (preferred, but not required) who is looking to grow and adapt within the role as Bloom expands into an even more fabulous bridal studio.
Training will be provided to the chosen candidate but you can't teach style! Our stylist will have a strong love and knowledge of fashion, adore over-dressing on a regular basis and have a desire to help brides feel like their best and bougiest selves on their wedding day.
When you're not assisting brides, we're more than happy to adapt this role to suit any skill set or interest within Bloom - be sure to let us know what you're interested in!
The role can be adapted to be either part-time or full-time for the right candidate, but Saturday availability is a must.
Key responsibilities:
Curate unforgettable experiences for our clients through private consultations and fittings
Provide expert customer service and personalised styling advice
Maintain a welcoming, organised and luxurious atmosphere in the studio
Be a trend expert—stay ahead of bridal fashion and bring fresh inspiration to our brides
Collaborate with the team to organise and execute trunk shows and events
Qualifications:
Passionate about fashion, styling, and the bridal industry
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create a warm and engaging experience for clients
High-end customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and organisation
Availability on Saturdays (non-negotiable) and flexibility for other days as needed
Must love dogs... even though we unfortunately can't have dogs in the studio
