Appointment Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you give us 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your fitting. We thank you in advance for your cooperation, as we take in a very limited number of brides each day. Under 48 hours from the appointment, the fitting fee will not be refunded. We will automatically action a refund for all appointments cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, just please note it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to reflect back into your account.
